  • International Recognition: An individual that has citable publications in internationally circulated peer reviewed journals, participates in profession-centric national and international conferences, holds at least one membership in a profession-related society, an active member of at least one committee of that society participating at an organizational level. Examples of being an active member include session chair, conference organizing committee, review committee member, invited keynote or panel guest speaker.

  • Subject Matter Expert: A person that has an accredited degree(s) from a recognized institution and has worked in that degreed field and related areas to the point that such an individual has published and presented in front of their peers, is invited to present topics related to their work (peer recognition) and serves on committees that advance the knowledge of that particular subject.

 

  • Affiliations and Relationships: At a minimum, a consultant has had a site visit, tour and a working discussion has occurred at the referenced institution.
     

  • FFRDC, UARC, JRC: Federally Funded Research and Development Corporations, University Affiliated Research Centers, Joint Research Centers.
